Here are the next steps to confirm your booking:

Finalize your travel dates and itinerary with our team

Confirm your international arrival and departure details

Proceed with the required deposit to secure your trip

Allow us to arrange your hotels, visa, and all logistics in advance
Securing your journey

To confirm your trip, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required.

The remaining balance is due two months prior to your arrival in Bhutan.

For bookings made within two months of the travel date, full payment (100%) is required at the time of confirmation.

Once your booking is secured, we will take care of all necessary arrangements, including:

Processing your Bhutan visa
