- The VISA -
Once your payment has been received, we can process both the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) and the visa fee on your behalf.
To proceed with your visa application, we kindly request the following documents:
1. Copy of your Passport

Please send us a scanned copy of your passport with the signature on the page.

If a scan is not possible, a picture of it is also acceptable, as long as it is clear, free of fingers, blur, or bent corners.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the end date of your trip.

Please send it in .jpg or .png format.
2. Recent Passport Photo

We will also need a recent passport-style photograph

The picture should be taken against a plain white background.

This photo should also be submitted in .jpg or .png format.
3. Additional Information

Finally, when submitting your visa application, we must complete a form on your behalf.

Please provide the following:
a. Your place of birth (if not stated on your passport)
b. Your country of residence
c. Your profession (or please indicate if you are a student or retired)
d. Have you ever participated in activities that may pose a risk to the national security of Bhutan or any other country?
e. Have you ever been convicted of a crime in any country (including Bhutan)?
f. Have you ever been deported from any country (including Bhutan)?
g. Do you have or have you ever had relatives living in Bhutan?
h. Have you ever visited Bhutan under a different name or with a different passport?
i. Will you be traveling with your spouse, parents, or children? -
